This web page is to keep everyone informed of important issues in The Grow Room or currently known bugs along with their work around or estimated time it will be fixed.

If you have a bug that is not shown below, first make sure you have the latest version installed by checking via the built in Auto Updater. If you are not using the latest version, update The Grow Room first, then recheck to see if the problem still occurs. If it does, please Contact Us immediately to report the problem so it can be handled as quickly as possible.

General Problem: In the past a few users have reported unusual errors just after updating The Grow Room via the built in Auto Updater.

Solution: Before reporting the problem, download the full installer from the download page and reinstall the latest build right over your current installation. Doing the full install has so far been 100% successful at solving this problem.
